OnDaGrass Talent-ID development Package - Designed to provide players the platform, structure and exposure needed to progress into Professional pathways. Through our extensive network, we connect directly with Managers, Scouts & Head of Recruitment across multiple levels of the game.

SHOWCASE MATCHES

  • OnDaGrass XI take part in a number of showcase, academy & grassroot matches monthly
  • OnDaGrass XI has seen a number of players signed, requested for trial with Professional & Non-League Clubs. 
  • We currently run a U18 & U16 Squad run by Owner Ryan Bailey & Head Coach Arjen King
  • OnDaGrass XI Official Training Top Supplied
  • VEO Matchday Footage available & shared within ODG Scouting Network
  • Scout Report provided by FA Qualified Scout (Detailed feedback to track your progress and highlight areas of improvement) 

  • Talent-ID Fixtures with EPL & EFL Scouts in Attendance 

  • MatchDay Cost provided per Game

Our OnDaGrass approach takes the time to understand each athlete both mentally and physically, helping them to unlock their full potential and achieve peak performance levels. Also providing competitive fixtures to present the opportunity to be scouted while also providing quality match footage to review & study match peformance and create match analysis development.

We offer the chance for individuals to join in our exclusive games on a per match basic:

  • You can participate in any of our scheduled fixtures from various prices per game (this covers match fees, match officials and OndaGrass Eagle Drone Footage which will be available to player)
  • Match Day Kit & Refreshments will be provided
Talent-ID Fixtures

 

At OndaGrass, Our Fixtures are designed to give players aged 15 (year 11) to 20 years old valuable  exposure and development opportunites for players.

 

We compete against a diverse range of opponents including Professional Academy, Non-League, Grassroots sides including Intra-Squad Scouted friendlies organised to support our player recruitment process
